What do you require from our company?
- Full legal company name
- Company’s current contact information (address, email, phone number).
- Names and email addresses of those who will be administrating your account.
Can we book training through the portal using a purchase order number?
Yes of course. Please let us know that you would like this as an option and we will send you a credit approval application.
Can I download our company’s training records?
Yes, you can do this anytime.
Can I cancel training from within the portal?
Yes refunds and cancelations are all done through the portal. Of course you will still need to make sure you are cancelling within the terms of our cancelation policy.
Will I receive course completions for my employees?
Yes…companies will receive emails immediately upon completion of a course by your employee. leo.
